• Perfect Horizon: Scott Duncan Films "Sling Box" Commercial 

The Perfect Horizon was used on a commercial for Sling Box products. The production company, Scott Duncan Films, used the Perfect Horizon Camera Stabilization Head on a small vessel to capture important scenes.   The storyboard called for an establishing shot and several close-ups.   The location was Long Beach Harbor.  The task was to shoot a “shark” fishing boat (establishing shot) and a diver floating on the ocean with a bait fish in his hand having a shark pass by in front of him.   The “shark” was just a big fin pulled by a small inflatable boat through the water.   The camera boat, a small barge, provided a platform very close to water level.   The Perfect Horizon was simply placed on a tripod for any wider shots.  For the last scene in which the Perfect Horizon was used, it was mounted on a high hat.
