The PERFECT HORIZON can be mounted in multiple ways. Following you will find examples, how you can use it and ideas to give you a perfect stable shoot. Where ever you have to stabilize your camera here a three categories, water, land or special based applications where the PERFECT HORIZON will be implemented.
Water based applications

Camera stabilization on Boat

Example 1:

You can mount the PERFECT HORIZON on a regular tripod or "baby legs" with a Mitchell mount. Mount the PERFECT HORIZON on the tripod and the fluid head on top of the Perfect Horizon.

The tripod must be firmly mounted to the boat or vehicle.  On boats we usually put down a 4' x 4' sheet of 1" or thicker plywood to protect the boat deck and give a strong firm mounting surface.  (3/4" plywood bends and is not acceptable.) Secure the tripod with ratchet straps or grip chain to eye bolts that are attached to the plywood.

Camera Stabilization on Pier

Example 2: You can mount the PERFECT HORIZON directly on a Hi-Hat which is then secured to the deck, vehicle or pier as seen in the photo.
